PSI was established in Hong Kong in 1978, and provides integrated services including Architectural Design and AP services, Interior Design, Project Management, Development Consultancy and Building and Planning Legislation Consultancy. Since 1978, PSI has successfully established a strong design reputation in Hong Kong and has begun to expand its services to Mainland Chinas, with offices in Shanghai and Beijing.

Apart from residential / commercial building types, PSI is often commissioned to undertake highly challenging and special architectural designs including buildings for sports, education, training, cultural and arts facilities.

The practice's philosophy is to provide the highest standard of designs coupled with tight and efficient supervision and technical control to ensure the realization of its deigns in every detail.
