Zhejiang Xinguang Vehicle Fittings Co., Ltd. (the former name is Huangyan Xinguang Vehicle Lamps Factory) was established in 1992, it is a general company specialized in producing mould and plastic products, lamps, frames of motorcycle and automobile. It covers an area of 80,000 sq. m with 50,000 sqm building area, and owns 90 million Yuan of fixed assets. The annual output is more than 80 million Yuan in 2000. The company has passed ISO9001:2000 International Quality System Certification in Aug., 2000.
The workshops belong to our company are as follows: mould numerical control processing centre, mould workshop, frame workshop, plastics workshop, assembling workshop, paint roasting workshop and lamps inspecting and measuring room, etc.
The company invested 8 million Yuan in mould numerical control processing centre for buying advanced processing equipments. At present, there are 38 senior talents working on mould design and mould processing. Our mould processing equipments, processing ability and production scale stand far ahead in the field. The mould numerical control processing centre could process and manufacture plastics mould of various type of electric equipments, traffic tools and daily necessities, etc.
The company has more than 400 staffs including 8 engineers, 12 assistants and 80 technical personnel at present. It owns 38 sets of full computer-controlled plastic injecting machine in various type and size ( the maximum is 8300g, the minimum is 125g), 2 sets of paint roasting production lines, 2 sets of lamps assembly lines, 2 sets of conveyer lines of plastics production. It also provides the most advanced lamps inspecting and measuring equipments of automobile and motorcycle in domestic.
