Harbin Yisheng Science and Technology Develops Ltd., is a research, development and sintered silicon carbides (pressureless sintering) SIC material products technology-based enterprises.

SSIC is produced by pressureless sintering submicron carbide powder. The sintering process results in a Self-bonded, fine grain SiC product which is extremely hard, lightweight and low in porosity. The material can be formed into complex shapes with greater than 98% theoretical density. Our SiC is highly resistant to corrosion, sliding wear, high temperatures and thermal shock.

The corrosion resistance of our line of SiC products using our own unique and patented process permits Superior performance in environments of hot gases and liquids including strong acids and bases, even at extremely high temperatures. The results would indicate that by comparison our SiC products would outperform tungsten carbide and aluminum oxide in all chemical categories.

The ability of our SiC products to resist corrosion along with its excellent surface finish characteristics makes it ideally suited to applications involving heat exchangers, mechanical seal faces, valves, bearings and other mineral and chemical equipment components.

Our company currently has five series of products utilizing our SSiC process:

Our nozzle series, valve and valve trim, structural
These products are used in corrosion resistance, high thermal, high wear Special environments.
