Our Galaxy Power Co., Ltd. owns 25 production lines for cylinder sleeve and piston, 3 modern surface treatment production lines, over 1, 030 sets of equipment for process and inspection and over 320 precise, large and rare equipment. It is capable of producing various of cylinder liner and aluminum pistons in a large scale with a diameter of 32 to 255mm, with an annual output of 3 million cylinder sleeves and 5 million aluminum pistons.

Up to now, more than 800 kinds of products have been developed and produced, and supplied to 29 autonomous regions, cities and provinces in China, involving a lot of fields such as auto, tractor, motorcycle, ship, engine for engineering and universal machinery, military, etc. More than 50 works are available at home and abroad for manufacture of matching main unit, and able to supply matching parts for over 1, 000 maintenance firms. Most of our products have been exported to Japan, American, South Asia, etc.

QUALITY LEVEL OF PISTON TECHNOLOGY
Comprehensive quality is much higher than the high-class products at national standard, and normal service life not less than 300, 000km, Posses high temperature performance, with tensile strength above 72Mpa at 360. Take the lead in processing piston lantern ring groove by employing numerical control root locus method in the country, reaching 0.0025mm at flatness of the lateral ring groove.
Be capable of processing hetero-type, taper pinhole, ex-circle line and ellipse at skirt part of any curves and hetero-type firebox. Be proficient in designing and manufacturing techniques and technology for abrasion-resistant alloy ceramic, inner-cooling oil duct, flexible mode, hetero-type pinhole and hetero-type firebox.
Be capable of processing products requiring surfacing by means of specific techniques, such as hard anodizing, phosphorization, tinning and graphic brushing.

Inner bore employs platform checker and contemporary European sliding checker, with a special effect to decrease the oil consumption, so as to assist the whole set meet the requirement of European Two Emission Standard or above.
The cylindrical degree of inner bore can reach 0.008mm, run-on tolerance of supporting point of shoulder facing to belt central line is not more than 0.01mm, thus greatly improving the assemble and service performance of cylinder liner
