Our service includes: Model Making, Rapid Prototype, Vacuum Molding, Reverse RP, low pressure affuse, Mud-carved molding, small batch production and 3D design etc. The Rapid Prototype fields cover automobiles, electronics, sanitary ware, medical equipment, sport equipment, toys, kitchenware, telecommunication equipment and living goods etc.
We can model out of a very wide variety of materials including many sorts of plastics such as ABS, MABS, PMMA, PVC, PC, POM, PP, PA, PPT, PE etc. Of course the same is true for as many metals including stainless steel, aluminium and copper. For surface finishing we have painting, silk screening, electroplating, anodizing, sand blasting, clay, electroplating and other facilities. We can also carry on small batch production and large scales of injection model appearance on painting.
