After many years endeavor, the areas of our factory reach 85, 000 sp. M. At present, we have 2 factories: Iron casting factory and aluminum die casting factory and an export subsidiary company in Qingdao
The iron casting factory owns two green sand casting assembly lined and two resin sand production lines, one 3T/H, 5T/H, 7T/H, 10T/H cupola, 2T/H electric furnace respectively. With annual designed capacity 40.000T and control equipments and analyzing means, such as stokehold rapid analyzer spectrum analyzer and physical & chemical analyzing equipments. Additionally, the company introduces casting technique from world famous meehanite companies. Our company has a variety device for machining and examining, can manufacture various brand of gray irons, ductile cast irons and other alloy casting irons.
The die casting factory mainly equipment including: 800T, 500T, 350T, aluminum cold chamber with annual designed capacity of 7.000T. Various of aluminum alloy material, such as Aluminum (6061, 6063, 7075), Aluminum alloy, A360, A380, A383, AlSi10Mg, ADC10, ADC12, ZL104, ZL107 were used to meet different customers products need
We have big machining workshop with 12.000 sq. M and possess machining center, NC Vertical lathe, digital display vertical lathe, vertical processing center, horizontal processing center, NC mill, planer type mill and three - coordinate measuring machine etc. Which can meet the rough & finish machining demands of foreign machinery and electro-mechanical components.
Our factory is specialized in doing OEM/ODM products according to customers' drawings or samples. We produce casting components for a wide range of markets, including: Automotive, electric motor parts and vessel parts, wind power parts, machinery parts and other casting parts.
