With intensive investment in R&D and advanced equipment, we excel in thermoforming manufacture techniques especially in producing thick thermoforming plastic board with thickness of 0.2-12mm. The thermoforming techniques that we have developed not only help reduce production and tooling cost greatly (only 1/20 of injection mold), but also help shorten design and development cycle (typically 3-5 days only).
