Oscar & Jason's business was oriented from manufacturing of billets and T section steel by electric furnace long time ago. After vertical integration involving down-stream industries, we now provide various elevator guide rails. Thanks to the advantage and competence earned in raw materials production, we keep better know-how on chemical components control and mechanical properties so as to ensure superior quality of the final products.
Our executives in production and QA/QC were formed into an united team in 1994. Their versatile experience covers elevator guide rails, fishplates, T type rail clips, elevator counterweight, guide rail brackets as well as raw materials for above said products.
Our capacity is 4000MT and actual output depends on sizes scheduled in production and orders. We remain 50% capacity for overseas market which usually includes Spain, America, Canada, France, Germany, Turkey, Iran, Lebanon, Jordan, Israel, UAE, Uruguay, Bolivia, India, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Thailand, Egypt, South Africa and so on. Clients are mostly satisfied by our qualified products, quick delivery, flexible service, and reliable word-of-mouth, through feedbacks that we regularly carry on.
