Beijing Tiannengyuntong Crystal Technique Co. Ltd was established as wholly owned subsidiary of Beijing Jingyuntong Technology Co., Ltd in September 2005 with a registered capital of RMB 500 million. TNYT is a high-tech enterprise specializing in R&D, manufacturing and marketing of solar grade polycrystalline wafer, monocrystalline rod and wafer as well as relative products. Thanks to the advantages on equipments from JYT, these products are very competitive both in quality and in cost.

Based on the technological achievements on FZ-equipments of JYT, TNYT has been planning to enter the field of semiconductor silicon material. It is considered as one of the core missions to manufacture and sale monocrystalline FZ-products in 4-, 5-, and 6-inch. In November 2011 the workshop for FZ-Project has already been completed and the equipments are now installed step by step. At the first quarter of 2013, the annual capacity is expected to 150MT.
