Jiangxi Jiangwu Cemented Carbide Co., Ltd. (JXJT for short) is wholly owned by Jiangxi Rare Earth and Rare Metals Tungsten Group Corporation Ltd (JXTC for short).

JXTC is a large and industrial group in Jiangxi Province, with a history of more than one hundred years. We have developed into the country's largest group which integrates nonferrous metal mining, dressing, refining, processing and trading and equipment manufacturing. By the end of 2010, JXTC has had 38 wholly-owned subsidiaries and 6 important share-participating companies. The outline of four big non-ferrous metal industrial sections has been formed to support further development. We have Tungsten, molybdenum, tin, bismuth, silver, rare metal, nickel and cobalt and recycled metal materials. The reserve of nonferrous metal is up to 3 million tons.
