SICEC has a large group of engineers in charge of engineering design, technical solution, project management, site installation, after-sales-service. There have been 306 staff in SICEC and 82percent belonging to technology while 18percent to management. The staff with senior or middle-level titles takes 52percentout of all the employees. SICEC has been authorized ISO9001: 2000, but right now ISO14001: 2004 under processing.
