Software Tailor established on 1998. Before 2007, we operate under the name Teamsoft, which is a privately owned company registered in Hong Kong. Our mission is to "help business to reach their potential". We focus on delivering high-quality services and products to enterprise customers. These products won several awards in various open competitions in Hong Kong and mainland China.

Software Tailor understands that the only industry that matters to you is your industry. That's why there's no such thing as a generic industry solution from Software Tailor. While most vendors are not willing to take customization projects for their products, only Software Tailor believes and insists customization is the way to help business to reach their potentials.

Throughout the past 10 years, all clients are from referrals, I. E. We have no sales and marketing team. "From referrals" means our clients satisfy with our deliverables. This is because we keep our product deliverables in very high quality by limiting the number of projects we take at the same time. This ensures that our Architect can get involved in every project to ensure quality. Any other projects coming in will have to be queued before any other projects are completed.

By limiting the number of projects also means our software development team size will not grow substantially. This is to ensure all of our engineers are well trained before they are working with our clients. Therefore even we have 10 years of operations, Software Tailor keeps the team size in no more than 50 engineers.

Since 2002, when the web service standards first introduced, we have released our first Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) based enterprise B2B e-commerce platform, named eProcurementX. It is a platform to provide a cost-effective way to expand business opportunities in the global market. Being recognized by the industry experts, eProcurementX won the Xcellence Awards in 2002. In 2004, Software Tailor introduced the first version of e-Tendering System based on the eProcurementX platform and customized for the largest organization in Hong Kong catering industry having 470 restaurants including Starbucks in Hong Kong and mainland China. The e-Tendering System handles thousands of construction tenders and RFQs yearly for its restaurants.
