Zibo Denuo Aluminium Corporation was established in 2007, located in Zibo New & Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, Shandong, China, closely locates to Jinan-Qingdao Expressway, 100 km from Jinan Airport and 300 km from Qingdao Sea Port, convenient for clients visiting and goods transportation.
We have 3 stages for our development. First stage started from May of 2007, three aluminium foil process lines with investment 38 million US Dollars, yearly capacity 20 000 metric tons, will put into production in April of 2008; second stage started from February of 2008 with investment 25 million US Dollars and the capacity 30 000 metric tons, three aluminium foil process lines; The third stage will start from the year 2009 with about investment 175 million US Dollars, six aluminium foil process lines, twelve casting-roll process lines and three cold-roll process lines. After the three stages, the whole annual production capacity of aluminium foil will be 100 000 metric tons, 6 000 million US Dollars sales value.
The main equipments include Four-High Non-Reversing Universal Aluminium Foil Mill, Four-High Non-Reversing Middle and Finishing Aluminium Foil Mill and High-precision Separator, and the auxiliary equipments contain X-ray Thickness Measurement AGC of Honeywell, Vantage AGC AFC System, Annealing Furnace, CNC roll grinder, Air Compressor, etc...With the advanced equipments, high-precision and high-tech, the company sets up the objective Creating the aluminium foil town of the world.
Main products of aluminium foils include Household Foil, Pharmacy Foil, Food Soft Packing Foil, Cold Forming Medicine Package Foil, Container Foil, Beer Mark Foil, Cigarette Foil, and Cable Foil and so on. And we can supply aluminium foils as the clients' require.
