Shanghai XIKE Hotel (Kitchen) Equipment Ltd provides stainless steel kitchen equipments and engineering service to hotels, restaurants, enterprises or institutions for their kitchen needs. Through the past 13 years of specialized kitchen services to our clients across the country, XiKe has established an end to end kitchen production and service capability from engineering design and consulting, manufacturing, to after sales repair and ongoing maintenance of modern kitchen products and systems.

The company is located in Jing An Shi district of Shanghai with sound infrastructure and environment, offering easy and fast service to our clients. The company has also its own production and manufacturing factories in both Shanghai and Shenzhen, forming the production bases for our high quality products and constant technology innovation.

XIKE is now a private owned company, transformed from the previous named Shanghai Si Xin Yong Ming Kitchen Equipment, which was founded in 1994 as a joint venture of Shanghai 704 research institute and Hong Kong Yong Ming. The company has strong technical expertise in the kitchen industry. With decades of successful customer service experience and human resources investment, our manufacturing and service capability have been greatly advanced. We have now a total of 80 workforces. Roughly 30 of them are high professional engineers with doctor, master or gradate academic background, the rest employees are mainly experienced technicians with solid skills.

The company has always put great emphasis on the synergy and integration of various project components, such as functional layouts, fire brigade safety, energy efficiency and environment friendliness as well as sanitation requirements. As a result, customers, communities as well as the company involving the project are able to benefit from the comprehensive design of the kitchen systems. The company has particular technical advantage in ventilation system design, oil cleaning and water/drainage (oil water separation) systems, which can be illustrated by our flagship corporative project with Hua Dong Building Design Institute. Every year XIKE takes part in technical upgrade and safety training classes sponsored by Shanghai fuel management departments. We have all required certificates issued by the various governments and authorities, such as Shanghai Gas device installation and maintenance and Shanghai Gas Device Sales Notice" etc.
