In nowadays' homogenization of artificial stone world, we constantly summarized our experience, researched and developed various sorts of pure acryl series of stones successfully and got the patent of Bixing Stone and Bi'ao Stone series.

1. The 100% pure acryl series
The series uses pure PMMA materials (PMMA volume of 85% -100%).
Artificial stone slabs of porcelain teeth technics and the technical content level is the most advanced of the world. Many characters of this slab are the same as the glass window of space shuttle and the slab is the top class product among acryl artificial stones. At present, we're the only factory producing artificial stones with high content of acryl. This slab can be used both indoors and outdoors. The slab is weatherproof and impact resistant.

2. Pure acryl series
The series uses pure PMMA (37%-40% pure PMMA included) and adds aluminum hydroxide as the filler. The products of the series have good mechanical and waterproof performance. And they are of high surface hardness and color resistance, scratch resistance; Are difficult to breed bacteria and they are the ideal material of kitchens, bathrooms and bars, etc.

3. Bia'ao Stone series:
Our company has our own independent intellectual property right for products of the series. The surface material is 1.5MM thick and waterproof, heat-resistant and bright material with China patent formula of invention. The slab surface is clear and luminous after being polished. If you touch it, you will feel it like natural stone without air bubble, meanwhile these products have a lot of merits like high brightness, easy to clean, scratch resistance, artistic patterns. It is the top product among common PU artificial stones.

4. Bixing Stone series:
Products of the series are the same as Bi'ao Stones, with two patents. What's different is that there are new luminous spots on transparent surface layer of Bi'ao Stones and the spots make the stones more attractive and more suitable for all kinds of decorations.
5. Composite acryl series:
Products of series are made up of PU, added with PMMA in a certain proportion and aluminum hydroxide as filler (calcium powder excluded). This product has the following advantages: It has higher physical performance than common PU slab; The Barcol hardness can reach 58-60; It is more bright and scratch resistant than general PU slabs.

6. Normal PU slabs series
Products of the series use high performance PU, added with aluminum hydroxide as filler and partial additives, and their mechanical, physical and chemical performances far exceed the national standard. The products are superior to similar ones in performances like brightness, not easy to be scratched and not easy to absorb colors, healthy, good-looking, etc.

7. Shaped table-board series
We process the artificial stones into table-boards in the size of 2440 * 600 * 50(mm) or 3050 * 600 * 50 (mm). Retailers do not need do processing but just cut them according to shapes and sizes, which can save time and labor and also avoid mistakes. There are E2 class inner backing flakeboards and the water bar against the wall that is pressurized by glue water of the same color or pure white. We can assure that products for each customer are of the same performance and quality. Meanwhile we mainly provide products of 5 colors at home. It takes a month to manufacture products of other colors.
