High effective management and quality control system, we keep pursuing production cost optimization to increase the value for the customers. We have been qualified supplier of some famous brand companies in the world.
Our factory covers an area of over 10000 square meters in Dongguan City. We have more than 200 employees, including 20 QC technicians and 5 R&D engineers.
We have our own tooling workshop, including 6 sets of CNC machines, 2 sets of EDM machines (side-discharging is available), computerized machining machines, etc. We are skillful of making compression moulds, transfer and injection moulds.
We mix material in house, and we have 20 sets of compression machines, 2 sets of injection machines. The maximum production dimension is 1200*750mm and maximum pressure is 300 metric tons. We can fully meet the requirements of the customers in vulcanized moulding products.
Our main products include rubber seal, gasket, washer, o ring, oil seal, rubber metal bonded parts and other molded rubber parts. The main material we used are SI, NBR, NR, EPDM, Viton, SBR, CR, HNBR, PU, IIR, etc.
And we have the ability to make customized plastic parts with competitive price, we have established good cooperation with many USA and European customers in plastic manufacturing.
