We insulate with high temperature insulation consisting of PTFE, FEP, PFA, and KAPTON* and MICA/GLASS insulation. These insulation are either extruded or wrapped over various conductors consisting of silver plated copper, nickel plated copper, tin plated copper, as well as many special stainless, alloy, and nickel alloy conductors. The temperatures that our products are designed for range from 150oC to 450oC.
