This system, in real sense, is an on-line real-time X-ray imaging system for parts inspection. It is specially designed for inspection of parts, which is generally characterized to be applied in large quantities, multiple varieties, medium or small size, rough parts and raw materials inspection in such industries as automobile, aerospace, electrical and electronics. Opening design can not only independently serve as a system, but also as a workplace attached to the production line.
This system with SMOS X-ray imaging devices owned by Sanlei patently. Images from dynamic digital image processing workstation are superior to images from ordinary film. The traditional bulky lead-house is replaced by special X-ray protection technology, thus simplifying detection and improving its efficiency greatly.

The system adopted special X-ray protection technology which not only allows parts free access to inspection devices, but also provides protection which meets national standards.
Detection Reliability
Pixel size of X-ray imaging equipments is 0.08mm. Its resolution is almost up to film resolution. Therefore, no need for geometric enlargement contributes to the reduction of mechanical movement, thus upgrading flaw detection precision greatly. The service time of the imaging device is more than ten years, which is also low cost and can be used as accessories to X-ray system of various focal sizes.
Efficiency
This equipment can be installed at any location in the workshop. Work-pieces on the conveyor belt have free access to inspection channel, needn't clamp holding, compensation and blocking. It is convenient to operate, achieving an inspection efficiency of over 10, 000 pieces daily.

This imaging technology was identified that reached advanced international level. With reference to the international standards, sanlei developed and produced " X-ray imaging system for spiral pipe-end welds detection " and " X-ray inspection system for aviation carbon-carbon composite material" which filled in the gaps in this field in China. Sanlei's achievements in this field were reported by "gansu TV", "guangming daily", "science and technology daily" and other major medias.
In 2006, based on the principle of mutual complementarity, sanlei electronics and ge established a strategic partnership of coordination, reached extensive cooperation intentions and signed cooperation agreements in various fields like production, sales of products, laid a solid foundation for sanlei development. In the same year, one of the achievements in scientific research "the X-ray scanning CCD direct digital technique" won the second prize of gansu province mechanical engineering academic society.
