1. Electric Tapping Machine series: An electric tapping machine composes of fitting seat, balancing pole, servo driver, controller, electric motor, quick-change connector, and overload protective torsion clip. On the premise of exact tapping, it ensures accurate and easy repeated positioning. Our electric motors all employ 220V single-phase AC servo motors, and the positive and negative rotation of the main shafts makes them suitable for workpieces of different textures. In addition, they feature perfect throughhole, blind hole and constant tap as well as accurate screw thread.

2. Pneumatic tapping machine series: A pneumatic tapping machine is easy operated, and enjoys accurate repeated positioning, fast cutting speed and high productivity. It composes of balancing pole, air supply processor, air motor and overload protective torsion clip. With imported components from Taiwan, our air motors, clips, gears, blades and air supply processors all enjoy perfect performance and long life. The safe clip is equipped with torque adjustment which enables it to suit different kinds of taps and workpieces and boasts constant throughhole, blind hole, tap and accurate thread tap. Pneumatic tapping machines can be applied to all mechanical manufacturing industries like machine, molding, plastic, printing, packing, engineering, tobacco and other industries which produce spare parts for automobiles and motorcycles, or engines for airplanes and locomotives.

3. Hydraulic tapping machine series: With big torque hydraulic motor which is driven by hydraulic power supply as the main shaft, coupled with universal radial rocker arms and a working car, a hydraulic tapping machine is easy and convenient to use, especially for large-scale equipment and moulds with large diameters. It is the essential equipment for manufacturing large-scale mechanical products.
