The company adopt different casting process including sand casting, precision casting, lost wax casting and die casting to produce machinery parts with CNC machined, according to customer's requirement. The material mainly include grey iron, ductile iron, carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and various non-ferrous metal etc.

Sanmen Qianming is 's second factory, the company covers an area of 20, 000 square meters, has 230 staff, 20 professional technicians. 5 senior engineer, with an annual production capacity of cast steel 15000 tons.
The company has advanced foundry casting technique, water glass casting technique, coated sand casting technique, produces and processes various types of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and various brands of cast iron casting, thousands of products, and a complete heat treatment equipment for processing, also some mechanical processing equipment, processing center for follow up. The company has full implementation of ISO/TS16949-2009and ISO9001: 2008 international quality management system certification.
