In August 2010, with the support of Dynamic Structures Ltd. (Canada), Qiguang Group was award a contract to fabricate a track system of the 4th Dimension Roller Coaster for S&S Worldwide. The fabrication was successfully completed in August 2011. The 4th Dimension coaster is the 3rd implementation of such complex roller coasters in the world, and the frist in China. The track manufacturing utilized the state-of-the-arts techniques in precision steel fabrication, advancing particularly in areas of complex geometry control and metal fatigue prevention. The quality of the fabrication is world class. The design and fabrication were specially detail to eliminate all on site welding; This maximized the efficiency and precision in field installation. This project was awarded the Gold Award of Steel Structure(Guangdong) "YueGang Award".

Riding the success of the aforementioned project, Qiguang Group formed Dongguan Qiguang Dynamic Steel Structure Co., Ltd. (QDS), a new Joint Venture company between Qiguang and Empire Industries, Ltd., The production base covers an area of 25768.4m2 has been plant area: 12257.6m2. QDS is serving China domestic and international markets on fabrication of complex steel structures; We will fully involved in large entertainment facilities, large astronomical telescopes, complex Bridges, industrial and civil building, mining equipment, steel structure design and production field. Together with Dynamic Structures, QDS will maintain close ties with renowned research institutions in applying leading technologies and exploring new markets.
