History and Scale
Established in 1997, Liling Pukou Insulators Manufacture Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred as PUCI) has developed into one of the largest domestic manufacturer of porcelain insulators through the dedication of approximately 450 employees, 20% of whom are engineers and specialised technicians. At the very state, PUCI has introduced advanced technology and equipments which make the products manufacturing techniques great progress. At present PUCI has two complete production lines, occupies an area of 75000 sq.m.

Since its establishment, PUCI realizes that quality is the life of the corporation and the first factor of the brand. It has established an ISO9001-2000 certification in 2002. During the nine-year developments, PUCI consistently improve its quality consciousness, perfect quality management and set integral quality management system. Today, PUCI has its own strict verification and inspection process for the design of products. We know design is the gene of products and no connaturalure, we request every operator do each working procedure rigidly according t o the guide of working procedure. As we believe details determine success or failure, every process can determine the quality of the whole product. PUCI has the full set process of incoming quality control, in process quality control, out-going quality control and management o defect is allowed to occur.
