The original brand is the same complete lamp in the same box that you would get from the projector manufacturer if you were to buy directly from them. It is the exact same lamp that was in your projector when it was new. Most original projector lamps come in the original manufacturers� Box. Epson lamps come in an Epson box, Panasonic come in a Panasonic box etc...Some projectors are sold under a variety of brand names. In these cases we will sell one of the brand lamps that may not be the same as your projector brand. Example; Most Christie projectors use SANYO bulbs. We may sell the SANYO box not the Christie.

The Hybrid brand lamp is the complete lamp module with the original manufacturers� Lamp inside. These lamps are popular because they have the original Osram, Philips or Ushio bulb inside and many have a free extended warranty of up to 1 year.

Most projector modules are made of several components. The original high intensity reflector lamp inside was originally created by Philips and Osram. The projector manufacturers contracted these companies (and later Ushio and Phoenix) to design and build lamp modules for their projectors. These lamps are designed for optimum performance with their patented technology. Hybrid lamps use the original manufacturer� S lamp (Philips, Osram, Ushio or Phoenix) in a brand new factory assembled module. We DO NOT sell refurbished lamp modules. We supply only new modules with the original bulb inside.

Compatible brand lamps are complete modules that are the least expensive option. They are guaranteed to work the same as the original lamp module. The warranties range from 3 � 6 months on most lamps. These lamps are designed to fit in your projector or TV. They usually come in a plain white box.

We supply all brands of projector lamps. If you only want original lamps, we recommend website that only sells genuine original manufacturers projector lamps.
