Founded in 1965, with the opening policy to the world in the late 1970's, we have concentrated the effort on cameras, microscopes and moved to a new factory at the present location. In the 1980's, we made major capital infusion to enhance the technology, esp. in the field of optics, mechanics, electronics, plastics and computers. That was followed by very significant growth. In 1986, we were authorized the rights of Import & Export Trade. And in 1997, we became the first public company of optics industry in China Stock Market. In 1998, we passed ISO 9002. Now we are one of the largest and leading State-Owned Enterprises of optical line in Mainland China, with more than 5000 staff, 700 engineers and technicians serving many customers all over the world.
