Suzhou Nanotec Co. Ltd. (SZNT) was found in 2006, and is becoming an industry-leading nano-materials innovator and manufacturer with an integrated family of nanomaterial technologies. The entire focus of SZNT is nanotechnology, with several distinct and patented processes for the preparation and commercial manufacturing of nanopowder, i. E. Zinc Oxide, Silicon Dioxide, Magnetic Nanoparitcles and several others.

SZNT has developed several processes, Discrete Particle Encapsulation, to coat the surface of its nanoparticles with a thin polymeric shell that enables compatibility of the particles with a wide variety of fluids, resins and polymers. Also, SZNT has developed technology to permit the dispersion of its nanoparticles in water and a variety of polar and non-polar organic fluids. This allows SZNT to supply concentrated, ready-to-use dispersions of nanoparticles, eliminating the need for customers to disperse the nanoparticles. Integrated technologies economically produces nano-materials and fits customers' need.

All of SZNT's facilities and practices are certified to the latest ISO 9001: 2000 international standards. Where applicable, SZNT facilities are cGMP compliant and the Company is registered as a drug ingredient manufacturer with the FDA. SZNT's facilities are designed for flexibility and growth, and to maintain concise product/process flow. Since our processes are modular, there is ample room for expansion and fundamental infrastructure exists for a further 100% growth with minimal additional cost. SZNT's processes are tightly controlled using statistical process control (SPC) and are demonstrably scalable, cost effective and robust.

SZNT produces engineered nanomaterials for a variety of diverse markets: Personal care, sunscreens, abrasion-resistant applications, environmental catalysts, antimicrobial products, MRI contrast agent, magnetic fluid for dynamic sealing, YIG for application in magneto-optical switches, modulators, optical circulators, laser isolators and a variety of ultra-fine polishing applications, including semiconductor wafers, hard disk drives, and optics. Various applications include dynamic sealing for rotating shaft, anti-fouling and anti-microbial coatings, catalytic converters, UV-attenuation coatings, scratch resistant coatings, charge dissipating coatings, deodorant/antiperspirants, and others. In parallel, new markets and applications are constantly being developed.
