It taken PLC full-automatic control system which uses computer to control and monitor the structure and the size of the cable; Magnesia powder is dried automatically in an airtight space under high temperature, at which its special physical properties is perfectly ensured; Meanwhile it use argon arc welding turn the copper belt to copper sheath for cable. CKL-3 production line broken through the technical bottleneck of big section and length on mineral insulated cable market.
