It is a resource and technology based corporation that develops, produces and markets worldwide a broad range of steel panel, specialty plastic films, vehicles and related systems and services. The Enterprise was earliest established in 1990. It was granted as Private Science and Technology Enterprise by Jiaxing Municipal government in 2000, as High-tech Enterprise one year later, and as Provincial High-tech Enterprise by Zhejiang Province and ISO9001 certificated in 2002. The Enterprise has been honored as AAA Enterprise for good credit continuously since 1996 and as Haining city "Honoring Contract & Keeping Promise" Enterprise, "Haining city Civilized Enterprise" for five years. The Enterprise is one of the largest tax-paying industrial enterprise in Haining city and one of the earliest Jiaxing municipal Good-Credit Private Enterprises.
