Dongguan Chang'an Kefu Precision Mould Factory, established in 2007, is mainly engaged in the R&D, manufacture, sale and maintenance of precision moulds, which have been widely applied in many fields, such as punching, plastic injection, automobile, medicine, PC connector, medical apparatus & instruments, jig, etc. We also provide many types of mould parts for automation control, jig parts, non-standard, standard circular parts, thimble, flat cotters, as well as mechanical parts.

Our factory attaches great importance to team construction and technological improvement. We have introduced a group of senior technicians and a complete set of equipments from Europe and Japan, such as Mitsubishi and Sodick EDM, wire cutting machine, surface grinding machine, centerless grinding machine, step grinding machine, outer diameter/inner hole grinding machine, NC lathe, NC milling machine, turning machine and milling machine for mould processing, and Nikon projector, Mitutoyo 2.5D tool microscope, Trimos height gage, Nikon height gage and sclerometer for test and measurement.
