In the Company, there is complete manufacturing equipment for the smelting, squeezing, wire-drawing, wire-circling, and packing of alloy wires with output of 10000 tons. There are also some advanced instrument for the chemical analysis, testing and measurement of products and raw materials. Today, our Company is the largest manufacturer of arc-sprayed metal materials for head contact layer of film capacitors with complete series. The products include SZSC lead-free spraying wire, tin-zinc alloy wire, tin-silver-copper alloy wire, tin-copper alloy wire, Babbitt alloy wire, zinc-aluminum alloy wire, zinc wire (bar), low-melting-point spraying wire (bar), aluminum wire and lead-free tin solder wire. Some of them are also used in soft-soldering or as spraying metal materials for corrosion protection. Now the company have 26 patent of invention. The patent of Lead-Free Solder Material and Its Manufacturing Method won the honour of Excellent Award of Tenth National Patent. The product conform to environment requirement of Europe and USA, such as RoHS and WEEE. The products are exproted to USA, Europe, Japan, Indonesia and South Africa, etc.
