Except the Dongguan headquarter, KASON has a subsidiariy in HongKong, and a wholly-owned subsidiary factory located in Hubei, huangmei. Which factory in charge of grinding and processing optical lens elements.

Dongguan headquarters with nearly 20, 000 square meters building area, registered capital of 10 million, 500 workers in total, of which 15 were managing personnel, 12staffs in charge of research and development, over 30 engineering technicians, more than 80% of above staffs are college or above degree.
