Our forging factory holds the TUV certificate whose devices include some 150 machines such as D52 CNC ring rolling machine which could roll 5M OD size rings, 1000kg, 2000kg, 5000kg open-die forging machines, 1000kg, 2000kg, 5000kg close-die electro-hydraulic hammers, 6000-ton water press, 630-ton friction screw press, 450-ton broking ring machine and 100 processing machines with a annual capacity of over 10000 tons of forge pieces including the carbon steel flanges and the stainless steel forgings.

We control the quality of the products by strict entrance of the raw materials, severe inspections of each step during the process, Ultrasonic Test on the flanges, efficiency of the transportation, and etc.
