Size 00, 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4# Empty Capsules, both Gelatin Capsules and Vegetarian Capsules, in all colors are produced under Capuge Brand. Perfect printing is available on capsule shells.

Only quality raw materials from qualified suppliers are used for Capuge capsule production, always free from BSE and TSE, and strictly HALAL.

Capuge capsules perform excellently on all type of filling machines. Filling Rate is always more than 99.0%, and can reach 99.7%.

Total investment is beyond USD5 Million and there are 12 automatic capsule production lines, having an annual productivity of 8 Billion pieces.

Our company covers a total area about 16, 000 square meters and construction area about 6, 500 square meters, with modernized 100-Thousand-Grade purification GMP workshops about 4, 800 square meters, in strict accordance with GMP standard plant design. And fully enclosed central air-conditioner is used to guarantee clean production in constant temperature and humidity.

Also we have GMP conformed inspection center and devices, and storage area appropriate to production scale.
