Shenzhen Reteeck Model factory was founded in 1998,which is a private-owned enterprise and provides precision prototype, rapid tooling and products.Our factory locates in Xixiang of Bao'an District and Bai'an exit Guangshen expressway , beside 107 national road and occupies 2500 square meters.
We have 10 CNC machines, 3 EDM machines, 3 injection machines , 2 vacuum casting machine , laser engraving equipment, milling machines, lathes, grinders, sandblasting machine, silkscreen machine and dust-free,painting workshop.
Our company operates prototyping department , rapid tooling department, injection molding department and other production departments.We have nearly 40 professional technology personnel , providing rapid prototype and short run production of household appliance, medical equipment, sports equipment, automotive parts and housing. Especially for large medical equipment and concept car etc which can't make products by injection mold production ,we can also provide short run production housing and accessories.
Based on the large CNC machining center , plano-milling machine, CNC engraving machines, rapid prototyping machine, and vacuum casting machine etc.We manufacture laser rapid prototype, CNC prototype, silicone rapid tooling, simple steel and aluminum mould. Using plastic spraying forming, die casting forming ,vacuum forming
and low-pressure pouring process etc, match with air-laid injection, silkscreen, laser etch, electroplating, anodise, sandblasting, and wire drawing surface treatment craft to manufacture rapid prototype and short run production.
