Time-frequency equipment and systems business department, which attached to the Hebei Far-East Communication System Engineering Co. Ltd., was established in the 1950. Initially, we were in charge of the R&D task of military quartz crystal resonators and oscillators. Since the 1990s, we have started to research and produce piezoelectronic devices and components for a more general market. Our products are widely applied to military, civil communication equipments and electronic equipments.

Time-frequency equipment and system carries out research and production independently. Our area of expertise include quartz crystal resonator, AT cut and SC cut high precision Oven Controlled Oscillator (OCXO), high-grade Voltage Controlled Osillators (VCXO) and Temperature Compensated Oscillator (TCXO). Our production line of quartz crystal resonator has adopted numbers of patent and sole-owned techniques. We are capable of mass production of high-grade quartz crystal resonators in a stable and reliable quality. We have developed an IC module of high-grade oscillators. It, hence, contributes to provide a complete, collaborative process system that extremely efficiet designed to meet the needs of our clients. In addition to that, our products are modern and technically advanced and maintained to extremely high standards. Our processes are of an international standard and we strive not only to meet our clients requirements but to exceed them.

We have a highly trained and experienced team of engineers working with advanced production and testing equipment. Our annual unit production exceeds 10 million, this includes, quartz crystal resonators and oscillators. We have received 5 state-authorized patents and 3 provincial-level awards. We hold an ISO 9000: 2000 award for quality management systems and an ISO 1400 award for our environment management system.

All of our suppliers must meet RoHS environmental standards and must provide certified test reports to ensure these standards are met.
