BARNARD(Tianjin) Instrument Technique Co., Ltd., is a Sino-foreign joint venture invested by France BARNARD Company in Baodi ninth Industrial park in Tianjin city. It covers an area of 66000 square meters, of which the construction are is 38000 square meters, employing 120 workers, 16 senior engineers (including five foreign senior engineers).

The company has introduced a full set of advanced production technology form France BARNARD Company and precision production equipments form Germany. As the major components are imported from France, the technology level is synchronized with that of France BARNARD Company. This has filled the vacuum that domestic enterprises need exportation when introducing equipments, saving a lot of foreign exchange expenditure for the country.
