Xinjiang hongtongtong food Ltd was established on may 2009 based on hejing xingjiang, it is a hongkong China joint venture company, registered capital 12 million hongkong dollars, total investment 0.11 billion RMB, its floor area is 2 million square meters, its structure area is 155000 square meters.
Our main industry is tomato processing and peeled tomato processing. Now we have 5 tomato production lines, tomato paste production ability is 25000 tons per year; 1 peeled tomato production line, production ability 100 tons per day. In addition, we have a 5200 tons refrigeration storage, otherwise, we have many environment equipments to deal with the waste.
Our plant based on hejing xingjiang, it is belong to temperate continental climate, land fertile, climate temperate, sunshine sufficient, water resource affluent, these make our tomatoes natural, delicious, no disease, and they have a high content of solid matter and lycopene.
From plant to picking, we send our professional engineers and technicians to supervise and conduct, to make sure that each phase is compliance to the science method. All tomatoes are picked by manual labor, when we unload the tomatoes, we wash the tomatoes by circular water method.
Broken process is under the customized system controlling, technicians will control the temperature from 60 cels degress to 70 cels degress or 90 cels degree according to different requirements, it will make brix 28%--30% or 36%--38% cold broken concentrate tomato paste and brix 30%--32% hot broken concentrate tomato paste; After completely broken, screen the seeds and furs, then concentrate the paste under low temperature and vacuum, during the concentration, technicians will keep supervising the temperature, to make sure the paste bright. After concentration, there will be braising phase, it utilize 180 cels degree filterable steam to spray directly, it is the most advantage sterilization technology in the world till now, it will promote the brightness and tones.
Our company is compliance to ISO22000-2006/ ISO22000-2005 and GB/t27303-2008, at the same time, our products got HACCP and halal certifications.
