AIR-DRAIN

Compressed air from compressors can cause pneumatic equipment to fail due to moisture and impurities in the piping. AIR-DRAIN takes care of these problems by removing the moisture before it reaches the pneumatic equipment. In the winter, it also prevents freezing of air pipes, solenoid valves, and cylinders. Inside is a specially constructed stainless steel mesh filter that does not need to be replaced. It uses no CFCs, which are currently an issue with the depletion of the ozone layer and no electric power directly, and so is future-proof. Furthermore, since the drain works automatically, it can be used continuously for long periods of time, saving costs and trouble.

MAINTENANCE-FREE

Unlike conventional water absorption filters, the stainless steel mesh used eliminates the need for filter replacement. Just wash it with kerosene or thinner every half-year

Structure of AIR -Drain

When moist compressed air passes through the cooling chamber, it is cooled by a special structure and separated into water and air.

The separated water is collected by the stainless steel mesh and sent to the auto-drain. Clean air free from moisture is output to the equipment.

The water in the auto drain is evacuated automatically. It can also be evacuated manually by turning the drain cock at the bottom end.
