Haihua Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd is a a big, diversified foundry company which is the global supplier for LG. We have two main production line.
One is for appliance parts, such as frame, cylinder block, cylinder, crank shaft, balance shaft, and so one. It starts from a foundry in a small city and then develop into a big one with four branches. We have three Demark DISA automation foundry lines in foundry plant and more than 500 workers to ensure the production efficency.
The other one is auto parts, such as Ford C520 inertial ring, Sinotruck Hub and SGM 3.0 Hub. We have advanced equipments, American Hass machining center and American Hass CNC Lathe. We also have quality lab in machining plant good 5S and measurement equipments well maintained. (Zeiss CMM, Mitutoyo profiler, Mitutoyo Roundness tester and Mitutoyo Roundness tester). We are auto parts supplier for Metaldyne and have made BMW project.
