Sample production:
1) We accept all kinds of crystal samples productions. Customers can freely consult us. We will discuss material, process, applied scope and customers' special requests. Also, Customers can provide us the pictures or design ideas, we will make it as your requests.

2) Because sample production needs some time, if customers need it urgently, we have small ready samples for free. But customers afford the shipping cost.

Company Rules:

A, Bacisally, we have no limit on the order quantity, but small quantity will make price some higher.

B, We send free samples which is less than 2 US dollars, shipping freight afforded by customers. (5-7 days delivery time)

C, We will discuss charges on special design and pictures with customers.

D, Our package will be box in avoid of break the products. Before delivering the products, we will take photos for customers to confirm its good package. We suggest customers to open packages once they receive the products under eyes of express workers. So, We can identify the responsibility if products are broken.

E, Payment:
1, sample payment has been mentioned on terms of B
2, For big quantity, we always accept 30% TT in advance, the rest payment should be done after customers' checking of the products in the company, or based on the confirmations of pictures by customers.
