I. Business Scope & Products:
Jiangsu Huaxia Traffic Engineering Group Co., Ltd. is mainly a reputable manufacturer specializing in steel products, hot DIP galvanizing & powder coating since 1994. Our group covers an area of 160, 000 square meters with more than 1, 000 staffs. We have six 100% share holding subsidiary companies. Two of them are factories: Zhangjiagang City Yadong High Frequency Welding Steel Manufacture Co., Ltd.; Zhangjiagang Huaxia Traffic Safety Materials Co., Ltd. Our main products are Highway Guardrails (W Beam, Posts, Spacers/Blockout, etc. ), H beam & I Beam (high frequency welded thin wall), Steel Tube, C Channel, U Channel, Steel Fence, T Section, Cold Forming Section, Cold Bending Section, Hot DIP Galvanizing. We are ISO9001: 2000, ISO14001: 2004 and SGS certified. We are also a contractor of highway guardrail in China. Our products have been exporting to all over the world.

II. Location: Headquartered in Zhangjiagang, a sea port city in Jiangsu province, two hours away from Shanghai by car. We operate 5 docks which can berth ships of 500 MTs each.

III. Factory:
Our facrtory is equipped with advanced equipments mainly designed by U. S. A companies such as 3 automatic computer numerical controlled guardrail production lines, 1 high frequency welding H type steel production lines, 4 automatic high frequency welding tube production lines, 1 automatic steel mesh welding production lines, 1 automatic submerged arc melt welding production line, 2 hot DIP galvanizing workshop (with 8 zinc pots), 4 polyester coating workshop and relevant equipment and facilities. Our production capacity of various kinds of highway guardrails, cold rolled steel sections, round tubes, square tubes and rectangular tubes reaches over 300, 000 metric tons each year. We have production lines of hot DIP galvanizing, plastic spraying and plastic dipping. Therefore, surface treatment is also one of our advantages.

IV. Certificates:
We are ISO9001: 2000, ISO14001: 2004 and SGS certified. We have Certificate of National All-Grade Transportation Specialist Contracting Enterprise. Our production of high frequency welding steel is assigned as a Key Project of the Ten Five-Year Plan by the Ministry of Science and Technology. Hua Feng brand traffic products have won a silver medal at China International Light Industry Technology and Product Exhibition, and received the honorary title of Famous Brand Trademark in Jiangsu Province as well as brand certificates of China Quality Long March, National Good Quality Product and Satisfactory Service.
