Mr. Cai graduated from Central South Institute of Mining Metallurgy professional department (now Central South University), specialized in powder metallurgy technology and business management for more than 30 years, and has won over a number of provincial and municipal scientific and technological achievements. Besides he was one of the Yiyang Heshan District of Yiyang City CPPCC members and CPPCC members because of his outstanding contribution.

The company has a more than 25 years of industry experience with a tehnical elite team who is a specialist in design and manufacturing for iron-based powder metallurgy rotor components and oil pump gear. At present, the company possesses Four of advanced 315t, 200t 100t and 40t's automatic powder metallurgy pressing machines, Three auto-punches, and more than Ten other related pressing equipments. Apart from these, more than Twenty related processing devices and equipments, including special equipments for superficial treatment and electroplate sealing treatment, numerically controlled engine lathe, precision grinder, high-accuracy linear cutting machine, electric spark drilling device, with more than Ten COTS in various types, are also applied. We export our major products to Europe and North America, presenting a leading practice within the industry in Hunan Province.

It is currently teaching practice base for Central South University Powder Metallurgy professonal students. Due to strong technical support backed by the school, It has become a expert in new powder metallugy materials research.
