Production Department is made up of:
1. Eight sewing line with each of them equipped with DU, DY sewing machines, single-needle machines, doubles-needle sewing machines
2. Two touch-up lines with each of them equipped 10 pieces riveting machines, punching machines, wire-cutting machines, ect. and an additional supplementary touch-up---mid-stage touch-up
3. Preparation workshop with various developed sewing machines, automatic belt cutting machines and ultra-frequency sealing machines
4. Punching and cutting workshop equipped with 3 pieces large-scale puncher, slitting machine, paper cutting machines ect.
5. Complementary department (such as material collection, packing, computerized sewing machines house) equipped in accordance with Taiwan mode production line.
