Production Capability

FMS owns two standardized plants up to 2, 500 square meters each, in which constant temperature humidity PTFE workshops are set up. Our production equipments include imported vertical/horizontal CNC machine, 2000T oil pressers, computer-controlled sintering furnace, PU casting machine, rubber mixing machine, vulcanizing machine, etc. We produce most spare parts which can be used in marine diesel. Such as MAN B&W MC/MCC series, Sulzer Wartsila RL, RT, RT-Flex series.

Quality Assurance

FMS has passed ISO9001: 2008. With testing equipments including tensile test machine, reciprocating test machine, temperature chamber, ageing chamber, Multi-channel temperature detection, etc., we adopt high quality imported raw materials. And a full range of materials are available.

With computer management systems and MRP Management Systems, we respond quickly to customer's need.
