Our factory operates 24 hours a day, and is equipped with over 100 molding machines, over 100 stamping presses and 12 assembly lines to produce GPS, HDTV receivers, set-top boxes and more. We have a monthly capacity of 450, 000 units, and can deliver orders of 2, 000 units in as fast as 14 days.

We have implemented Total Quality Management system to ensure efficient production with zero defect rates. Our QC department is involved in every aspect of the production cycle, starting from product development, procurement, manufacturing, and all the way to customer service. We are able to achieve an AQL of zero for all critical items.
