Dowell is LED by the internationally renowned expert Professor Xu Ping who is a specialist in system control. We have both Chinese and American experts in the field of car electronics, and also experts in electrical control of electrically powered vehicles and battery charging and discharging. With our innovative model of integrating technology, capital investment and marketing, we aim to rapidly develop the product lines of both electrical devices and battery charging devices. Taking advantage of the resources and channels of the company shareholders and executives, and excellent timing into the emergent electric car market, we will step up and contribute to the development of the entire Chinese car industry. The strategy of Dowell is using charging products as starting points to open the market, and then provide leasing and operation service as a platform. Products are first and leasing operations follow, finally integrating the resources and channels together. The short-term target is to establish our brand and our marketplace. In the MID-term, we will co-ordinate with the companies in the following industries: Cars, batteries, electricity contract, distributed energy, mobile storage, and energy systems control, in order to provide a one-stop solution for electric bus charging, short passenger electric vehicle charging, city time-segmentation leasing and personal car sharing.
