Basic operation: Feed pan is the heart of the whole feeding system.Feed in the hopper is delivered by the motor through delivery pipe to fulfill each feed pan one by one.The control box will stop the motor from working if all  the feed pans are filled of feed.And when feed in the pan is eaten up,control will restart the motor to supply feed again.Pictures in the following:

The most important part-feed pan:
Structure: W shallow plate,5.5 plate edge height allows even day-old chickens go in and out easily.Our special deepen designed plate can save feed.And the adjust ring under plate can adjust the best feed level according to chickens' demand in order to save feed.
Material: We use durable PP and add some mixed material with UV persistence,corrosion persistence and Anti-oxidation which makes it more durable.
Appearance: Our feeder pan is mainly covered with red and yellow color in polishing appearance. 
Operation: Fully automatic operation.Besides,on the whole it's very easy to install and operate all the time.(time and labor cost efficiency)
