Castchem Hangzhou is a chemical manufacturer specialized in producing the STMMA co-polymer(American patent US 6770 681 B2) specially used for Lost Foam Casting Process, which is the important raw materials for foaming pattern in white area of lost foam casting foundries. It has much better performance than EPS because copolymerized from EPS and PMMA.
Lost foam casting(or evaporative-pattern casting, gasifiable patterns castings)is particularly used for very complex casting, it is cost saving because it does not need as much machining as traditional casting. We developed the STMMA polymer series to meet all kinds of metals lost foam casting required both in ferrous and non-ferrous, to reduce such as fold defects, surface recarburization defects.
Castchem Quzhou is our another production base for Methyl Hydrogen Silicone Fluid 202(polymethylhydrosiloxane, PMHS), CAS 63148-57-2, could be used as waterproof agent in fabric, glass, ceramics, paper, leather, metal, cement, marble and other materials. Also could be used as cross-linked agent in silicone gel, raw materials in modified silicone oil, anti yellow agent of silicone rubber, anti-sticking agent for paper etc.
