We are focusing on customization, R&D production and sales of new energy battery system and lithium battery packs.

We boast a semi-automatic lithium battery PACK production line, which is equipped with a rounded lithium battery system laboratory. Yiwu Qinyong E-commerce Firm uses same ultrasonic bonding production process and OE ultrasonic bonding machine as Tesla's. In the bonding process, tension test is automatically performed on each bonding point. Finally, with full vision to recognize each cell, what is ensured is that each welding spot of cell meets the standard and the possibility of false and missing welding is eliminated. The thermal management system developed by Nanku could prevent the uncontrolled heat between the cells effectively and further ensure the safety and reliability of the battery pack.
