SHNAGHAI BOLLIN INDUSTRY Co., Ltd. Is a glass manufacturing company with a long history. The head office was established in 2009 with a registered capital of 72 million yuan. At present, there are four large-scale production bases in China and an office focus on sales in Shanghai. The company is mainly engaged in the research and development and production of daily-use glass products. Through advanced pressure blowing and blowing technology, we can produce various types of glass products, with a 15ml to 3000ml range. The materials produced are brown, white, extra white and blue etc. From mold making, you can participate in and enjoy a complete set of customized bottle making services, sample bottle production, mass production, and in-depth processing steps, including label printing, painting, engraving, etc.
The head office has 345 production staff, 35 design staff, 20 sales staff (including Shanghai office staff), and a total of 1, 000 branch staff. Our customers are from China, North America, Europe, Australia, Southeast Asia and Central Asia etc. The brands we have been working with include Snowflake, Budweiser etc.
Each production base has five production kilns (the scale is still expanding), 20 advanced automatic production lines, and the production capacity of each production base reaches 720 tons, which make us believe that we can make the products in quality and guarantee delivery.
The company currently has got domestic advanced 80m2, 120m2, 250m2 regenerator chamber kiln, as well as a complete set of environmentally-friendly and energy-saving complete sets of glass packaging container production lines, including the Amhart CRS rank machine and M series rotary inspection machine. Equipment and the use of environmentally friendly raw material formula (cancel fluorite as an additive to reduce the generation of fluoride), to more strongly improve the technical content and grade of the product.
