Our die-casting productions are widely used on: Aeronautic and astronautic, weaponry industry, gauge, medical devices, fitness equipments, power station and electric power, machine housings, fire control, electrical fittings, power tools, pneumatic tools, housings of variable speed machines, sanitary ware, cooker(non-stick series), housings of telecommunication products and audio equipments, fittings for lights, doors, windows, curtains and walls, toys, furniture, bags, cases, arts and crafts; Engineering components, fittings for diesel engines, petrol engines, cars, motorcycles, bicycles, ships and traffic vehicles; Housings for ironing machines and other hardware fittings.

Our company covers an area of 10000 sq. Meters, which is a medium-sized enterprise specialized in designing, manufacturing and processing molds. We can provide, aluminum zinc, aluminum zinc alloy casts and any commercialized products in the process flow starting from die making, finish machining until post casting processing and surface treatment such as polishing, sandblasting, powder coating, painting, electroplating.

We have 50 high qualified technicians and managers, and 30 of them are professional mould technicians. And we also have 300 workers. There are 5 workshops including mould workshop; Casting workshop; Machinery workshop; Burnish workshop; Polish workshop. We also have 7 management departments including Business department; Inspection department; Technical department; Quality department, Production department; Account department, Ministry of personnel.

Besides the basic casting-producing equipments, we also have first-class processing equipments with International advanced CAD/CAM/CAE designing and processing modes. We can make new die-casting moulds more then 60 sets per month. We have 10 sets aluminum Die Casting Machine 168-500ton and 5 sets Zinc alloy Die Casting Machine 160ton in the Die Casting workplace. We can produce about 70 thousand Casting Accessories per day.
